Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What can I expect out of my pet’s stay?
Every pup has its own potty, feeding, and sleeping schedule. I understand it is important to maintain that routine. Koda and I typically are up between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm. Our days are filled with indoor playtime, naps, and lots of love! On special occasions, we will enjoy the dog pool in the backyard or release our inner Picasso with arts and crafts! Yes, I said doggy arts and crafts!
How do I book my pet’s stay?
First, you will submit a new client registration form. This will create a reusable profile for you and your pet. After creating a profile you will be able to request a booking. I will then approve the request based on availability. Booking requests will be filled in chronological order. If you are a new client, a meet and greet is required before approving your dog’s stay.
Q. What time can I pick up/drop off?
Any time of day as long as it is communicated.
Q. What do I need to bring?
Please pack your pets food and blanket, or other item that smells like home. Bowls, kennels, and toys are provided! I typically do not kennel the dogs but will during feeding times, or at night if your pup is not yet potty trained.
Q. Do you accept dogs with special needs?
Yes, if I believe I can properly care for your baby. Safety is my number one priority.
Q. Will you provide updates?
I understand the typical family in need of boarding is either going on vacation or attending to a family emergency. Given these circumstances, you are in control of how many updates you would like to receive during your pet stay. Pictures and videos will always be included.
Q. Is a meet and greet mandatory?
Yes, to ensure everyone remains safe. I will contact you directly to plan a meet and greet that best fits your schedule.
Q. What methods of payments are accepted and when do I pay?
Cashapp, Venmo, and Apple Pay are all accepted. After your stay is approved I will email you an invoice. To secure your dates a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of pick-up.
